UA Alums To Hold ‘Concert For A Cause’

The aftermath of Typhoon Ursula left ugly remnants of devastation in the northern part of Antique particularly in University of Antique Tario Lim Memorial Campus (UA TLMC), Libertad and Caluya Extensions.

In order to raise funds to be used in rebuilding classrooms, function rooms, and homes in the said affected areas, the UA main and external campuses were fervent in creating mechanisms for the relief operations.

Responding to this necessity, the UA Alumni Affairs Office headed by Prof. Jeselyn OG. Gambi, director, will organize a “Concert for a Cause” on January 20, 2020 during the 66th Founding Anniversary of UA starting 6 pm at the UA Oval.

This concert will feature the UA Chorale, Teatro Antiqueño, and the Four Elements Band.

This activity is the continuation of the UA Bulig sa Norte Drive Wave 2 last January 15, 2020 where thousands of students gathered and brought in-kind donations for the affected communities in the north.

These activities are the mechanisms that UA is implementing in order to fulfil its core values of commitment and social responsibility.

For tickets and inquiries, interested individuals are advised to coordinate with the UA Alumni Affairs Office at the Academic Affairs Building, or the college deans and respective college alumni coordinators.
